Helloooooo, I am Snowy.

I never thought that I would find someplace that I would feel secure and happy, I am wild caught and so other birds make me feel comfortable. But...my foster mom had lots of other birds, even other cockatoos. I felt much better after seeing that she didn't eat them...although one of my friends found a new home a couple of months ago, and I do miss her!

My new Mom never made me step up, she even understands that my feet hurt. So, I figured out how to step on her with out hurting myself, and I call it step up! It works and she was so happy with me. Now she offers me almonds if she wants me to come down, and I zoom right over there!

I love the food, and there are lots of toys for me to climb on. She told me that she was building an aviary for the birds, too! Then, a little while ago, she told me she loved me, and that she was going to formally adopt me! I am just so happy, I love to preen her, and she preens me right back! I hope all of the other birdies at NPRPF find people that love them and feed them this hot food she makes.
